Dog ownership has always been a very important part of my life.

In addition to my career, I have always been involved in various aspects of the dog world – from dog rescue to a family owned dog breeding business to participating in dog club training programs. I was never too far from the canine world.

​

I formally retired in 2019 and the first thing I thought of was getting back into the dog world on a part time basis.

​

In the past I have worked with Carolina Dog Training Club as a Puppy and Beginner One Trainer. After I retired from corporate life three years ago, I took a position as a regional trainer for The Dog Wizard Academy in the Greensboro, NC area. I also have experience with dog rescue and dog breeding.
